Wendy Scgalski is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Breeden Commercial, serving clients throughout South-Central Indiana. Since beginning her commercial real estate career in 2019, she has specialized in helping business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants navigate the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. Her approach is built on responsiveness, strong communication, and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique business objectives. Wendy’s diverse professional background, combined with studies in sociology, psychology, and
architecture, gives her a unique perspective on the businesses, relationships and spaces that shape commercial real estate decisions.
She combines an understanding of human behavior, business needs, and the built environment to help clients make informed real estate decisions and align their real estate strategies with long-term goals. She completed her degree from Indiana University later in life, reflecting her drive, adaptability, and dedication to lifelong learning, all of which continue to shape her professional approach.
Wendy’s areas of focus include industrial, office, investment, and land transactions, as well as landlord and tenant representation. She is known for her relationship-driven approach and has built a business centered on trust, repeat clients, and referrals.
