Mark Pratt joined the Breeden organization in 1976. Since 1984 Mr. Pratt has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate, including industrial and commercial development as well as industrial and commercial brokerage. He has vast experience in all facets of the real estate business including brokerage, both sales and leasing, development, finance, investment, consulting and property valuation. His extensive local market knowledge and expertise enable him to analyze and evaluate a commercial real estate investment to ensure successful achievement of his customer’s goals. Mr. Pratt’s clients have included Fortune 500 companies as well as a multitude of growing regional and local businesses.
