Mark Pratt is one of the most respected and experienced commercial real estate professionals in South Central Indiana, bringing nearly five decades of industry knowledge and market expertise to every client relationship. Having joined Breeden in 1976 and later serving as the company's owner, Mark played a significant role in shaping the commercial real estate landscape throughout Columbus, Bartholomew County, and the surrounding region. Throughout his career, Mark has been involved in virtually every facet of commercial and industrial real estate, including property sales, leasing, land acquisition, land development, investment analysis, financing, and strategic consulting.
His broad experience allows him to provide clients with a comprehensive perspective on real estate decisions, helping them evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, and maximize long-term value.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mark possesses advanced expertise in commercial investment analysis and has advised countless investors, business owners, developers, and property owners over the course of his career. His insights are further strengthened by his own experience as a commercial property owner, with ownership interests in multiple properties throughout Bartholomew County.
