Jared Richey, P.E.
Jared Richey, P.E. is a commercial real estate broker and professional engineer with Breeden Commercial, specializing in investment property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy throughout Indiana. He works with investors, business owners, developers, landlords, and tenants across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and development land.
Before entering commercial real estate, Jared spent more than a decade in engineering and project management roles, leading facility improvements, capital projects, electrical system designs, and construction initiatives for commercial and industrial clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, an MBA from Ball State University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana, and also holds a Master Electrician license.
At Breeden Commercial, Jared provides brokerage, investment analysis, leasing, property management, acquisition, disposition, and development advisory services. While he serves clients across all sectors of commercial real estate, his primary focus is helping investors identify, evaluate, acquire, and maximize the value of investment properties.
