Mark Pratt joined the Breeden organization in 1976. Since 1984 Mr. Pratt has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate, including industrial and commercial development as well as industrial and commercial brokerage. He has vast experience in all facets of the real estate business including brokerage, development, finance, consulting and property valuation. His extensive local market knowledge and expertise enable him to analyze and evaluate a commercial real estate investment to ensure successful achievement of his customer’s goals. Mr. Pratt’s clients have included Fortune 500 companies as well as a multitude of growing regional and local businesses.

Robert Elliott has over 40 years experience in commercial property management and controls, including environmental management for associated industry fields.

Mr. Elliott joined Breeden Commercial in 1999 and since that time has been involved extensively in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

After having held an Indiana Broker’s license for many years, Bob embarked on a full time career in commercial real estate, and has attained a vast background ranging from small office to large industrial projects by using his customer-oriented attitude to serve his customer’s buying, selling and leasing needs.

Eagerly and energetically working to meet the customer’s needs is his goal on every transaction.

A mission goal that he brings forth may be summarized as; “Every client’s need, be it a small or large transaction is important to that person or company and will be approached as being important to our organization to make a successful venture for that client.”
